Change your job, change your workplace, change your future We are seeking three results-driven and adaptable Project Manager's to lead the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage projects from initiation through to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic goals. Whether you're driving Agile sprints or managing traditional Waterfall projects, you'll play a key role in enabling transformation and innovation across Ricoh’s IT and business landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation projects Manage full project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Build and maintain detailed project plans, resource and budget forecasts Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure clear communication and alignment with senior stakeholders and business units Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) Guide teams in Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain prioritised backlogs Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and embed best practices You will ideally have University degree or equivalent Certified in project management frameworks (e.g. Prince2, PMP, SAFe, Scrum) Proven track record of leading complex IT projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments Experience acting as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning abilities Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to connect project outcomes to business value High emotional intelligence and ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams Strong communication and facilitation skills across all organisational levels In Return For Your Commitment, You Can Expect A competitive salary package Industry leading benefits Ricoh is an exceptional place to work.
