Electrical Supervisor – Global FM Company
Location: Glasgow (Static Site)
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday
We are supporting a world-leading Facilities Management company in the recruitment of an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a major static site in Glasgow. The Role
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance and compliance across a large, high-profile site. You’ll lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, confident managing people, and enjoys taking ownership of electrical compliance, testing, and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Supervising a multi-skilled engineering team on-site
*
Leading electrical maintenance activities, testing and inspection, and LV work
*
Overseeing PPMs, reactive repairs, and statutory compliance
*
Ensuring safe systems of work, RAMS, and permit-to-work procedures are followed
*
Providing technical guidance, coaching and support to engineers
*
Managing workload allocation, scheduling, and reporting
*
Developing strong working relationships with client stakeholders
*
Supporting audits, compliance checks and continuous improvement initiatives
*
Assisting with quotes, planning and small project works
Skills & Experience
*
Recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition minimum)
*
Test & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) highly desirable
*
Strong LV electrical knowledge
*
Previous supervisory or lead engineer experience
*
Solid understanding of compliance, building services and H&S procedures
*
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
