About the Role:
* Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a friendly local government team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
* Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
* Court of Protection (COP)
* Ordinary Residence matters
* Advising on the Mental Health Act
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
* Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
* Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
Our client is offering remote working; however, office attendance is required on the first day.
