We have been around for 15 years and we’ve built a diversified recruitment consultancy covering many areas of the UK and International creative sectors. We need to bolster the team with new recruitment consultants in a couple of our key and established divisions in our central Bristol office.
Key requirements:
* Bristol based – Our HQ is here, we want recruitment consultants immersed in our business helping us drive things forward.
* Previous sales experience – we are open on sectors but you must have had exposure to the selling. Recruitment consultants sell jobs to candidates and candidates to clients!
* Some recruitment experience would be an advantage – This is flexible, if you enjoy being a recruitment consultant but not where you are working, call us. No 2 recruitment agencies are the same.
* Want to make an impact – We aren’t selling you an easy role here, but if you come in and make an impact to our business your standing could become very high very quick.
* The other stuff – Great attitude, good person, positive outlook and keen to “get sh*t done”. A good recruitment consultant is that annoying person who could turn their hand to most things and do well.... plus they need to be likeable people, sound like you?
What else?
* Super competitive commission schedule (happy to send over if required). Recruitment consultants need to be money motivated, this is sales after all and sales equals cash.
* All the usual “fun stuff” – 2023 EOY Target hitters incentive is Miami, this year is New York.

What’s it like at mustard?
Our recruitment consultants work in the creative sector, so it is a different vibe to some of the more corporate world BUT it is still a sales role. This is a motivated bunch of recruitment consultants who want to get on and make a decent living out of this job.
