Digital Content & Merchandising Executive
SharkNinja are looking for a Digital Content & Merchandising Executive to support our E-Commerce Team, based in its Leeds or London offices. Sales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a career in this market leading space.
Supporting the Digital Content and Merchandising team, you will contribute to developing our digital content and overall digital consumer experience for SharkNinja.
What You'll Do:
1. Upload digital content to our websites
2. Support the launch of new products, parts & accessories
3. Perform regular content audits to product information to ensure consumer facing content is up to date
4. Actively participate in tasks to drive improvements in digital content and identify opportunities to enhance the consumer experience
5. Ensure all digital content is uploaded on time
6. Collaborate with the Digital Design and Marketing teams, to curate more engaging content and implement user generated content across the websites
7. Ensure digital content aligns to SEO best practices
What You'll Bring:
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, reacting to changing business needs
10. Enthusiasm and a keen interest to learn new skills and work on new tasks
11. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Ability to handle multiple tasks and use your own initiative
13. Comfortable working independently but also as part of a team
14. Proficient use of digital asset management systems
15. Proficient use of Product Information Management platforms
Desirable Skills & Experience:
16. Prior experience working on website platforms
17. Experience maintaining online content
18. Experience with content management systems; Salesforce experience is desirable.
