What You'll Be Doing
* Portfolio Leadership - Manage a diverse mix of commercial properties with a focus on service excellence.

* Financial Oversight - Lead on service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Team Development - Mentor and support junior surveyors to help them thrive.
* Strategic Growth - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's expansion.
What We're Looking For
* MRICS Qualified - With 10+ years in commercial property management.
* Retail & Leisure Experience - Ideally with a strong background in these sectors.
* Leadership Skills - Proven ability to guide and inspire teams.
* Commercial Insight - A strategic thinker with a client-first mindset.
* Excellent Communicator - Confident, articulate, and relationship-driven.
