Are you a data-driven eCommerce professional ready to take ownership of online performance and growth? We're looking for a passionate, pet loving eCommerce Manager to lead the optimisation, innovation, and expansion of our online sales channels across both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) websites and marketplaces for our UK brands.
This is a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, high-conversion digital shopping experience while driving measurable commercial results. You'll collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Development agencies to ensure our websites and marketplaces don't just function—but thrive.
Responsibilities
* Website Management & Development
Oversee daily website performance, ensuring technical stability, smooth navigation, and impactful site improvements.
* Marketplace Growth
Manage and optimise listings across platforms like Amazon, ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and brand consistency.
* UX/UI & CRO
Lead conversion rate optimisation through A/B testing, behaviour analysis, and continuous site enhancements.
* Promotional & Trading Activities
Partner with Brand teams to deliver seasonal promotions, launches, and category-focused campaigns.
* SEO & Traffic Growth
Implement SEO best practices, track performance, and align with wider marketing strategies.
* Customer Journey Optimisation
Enhance every step of the customer journey, from discovery through to checkout and beyond.
* Commercial Growth & Innovation
Drive online sales by introducing new initiatives, features, and tools to improve performance KPIs.
Skills
* Proven management experience in an e-commerce management and website optimisation.
* Strong knowledge of CRO, UX/UI and SEO principles and best practices.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage developers/agencies and budgets.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics.
* Hands-on experience managing product listings and online marketplaces.
* Understanding of B2B marketing principles is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
* Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
