Role Overview
We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to provide hands-on, on-site IT support within a professional enterprise environment. This is a customer-facing role focused on end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop services.
The role starts as a short-term contract with a strong possibility of permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide deskside / walk-up support to end users
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
3. Support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
4. Windows 10 support and basic Active Directory tasks
5. Install, configure, and replace IT equipment
6. Log, update, and resolve tickets using an ITSM tool
7. Escalate issues when required and follow through to resolution
