We are currently recruiting for a Head of Property Management for our Estate Agency client based in Chingford. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of team management. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £40,000 - £50,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 5 day working week Bonus Additional earning incentives Day off for birthday Additional holiday entitlement for every 2 years of service (capped at 6 days) Responsibilities: Monitoring and chasing daily rents that are due Handling maintenance enquiries Dealing with gas and electric safety certification Organising tenancy renewals Arranging end of tenancy check-outs Controlling property licence applications Serving Section 21 and Section 8 notices (soon to be amended) Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld Assisting in the day-to-day management of the team Helping to organise the team on a daily basis to ensure tasks are prioritised effectively Supporting quality control by reviewing workload output and maintaining high service standards including customer satisfaction and reviews Keys Skills: Proven track record of team management Excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent presentation skills Be articulate and ambitious Proficient IT skills Ideally NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA qualified (preferred, but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a long-standing, multi award-winning independent property agency with over 35 years of success across London and Essex.
