We are looking for someone to join Everyone Active in Bristol as a Contract Sales Manager.
Full Time
With millions invested in the last couple of years at our sites we are privileged to have a stock of amazing new look and feel sites.
The contract has 4 gyms and 4 pools, over 10,900 fitness members, with a blend of unique historic and modern contemporary facilities. The successful candidate will be managing a team of 8 membership consultants across the centres and have the full support of the wider management teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead successful outreach and lead generation campaigns.
* Lead by example in delivering sales calls and selling memberships.
* Manage their team on sales, productivity, and leads generation campaigns at multiple sites.
* Be an influential leader, capable of developing and constantly inspiring their team to deliver more.
* Execute a marketing strategy and achieve monthly sales and income targets.
* Be a positive person, with a can‑do attitude and a hands‑on approach.
* Ensure all company standard operating procedures are implemented and followed; the role will involve travelling between sites.
