Remote (with ~2 days per month in North London)
Ever managed top-tier grocery retail and felt undervalued? This is your chance to step into a game-changing role with a fast-growing, category-leading Mediterranean and ethnic food distributor. The company is renowned for speed, flexibility, and reliability, trusted by the biggest UK supermarket chains.
You’ll own the full commercial agenda across the Top‑4 grocery accounts, backed by an agile, committed team and extraordinary product range from olive oils and spices to snacks, dairy, and frozen essentials. It’s hands-on, high-autonomy work with real stakes and impact.
What you’ll do:
* Own and grow relationships with major UK grocers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons).
* Lead joint business planning, ranging, promotional strategy, and NPD introductions.
* Be the commercial lead: set targets, drive execution, report performance.
* Collaborate seamlessly with supply chain, marketing, and operations to deliver flawless service and innovation.
* Travel ~2 days/month to the HQ
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing Top‑4 UK grocery accounts in FMCG.
* Commercially sharp with P&L mindset and promotional strategy experience.
* Skilled negotiator, confident in boardroom discussions at retailer HQ.
* Energetic self-starter who excels in a lean, dynamic business.
* Genuine relationship builder who cares about service, quality, and partnership.

* Primarily home-based with minimal travel to Enfield (approx. 2 days/month)
