Early Years Nursery Practitioner
BS3 – Full Time

We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant who brings passion, creativity, and a strong understanding of early childhood development. If you love helping little ones grow, explore, and achieve new milestones, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued member of the nursery team, you will:
* Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development, and daily routines
* Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Help plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate play‑based activities
* Provide sensitive and nurturing support, including personal care
* Encourage independence while celebrating every achievement
* Work collaboratively to implement the EYFS framework
* Bring positivity, patience, and consistency to each child’s day
⭐ About You
We’re excited to hear from practitioners who:
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
* Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Understand child development and the EYFS.
* Are warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about early education
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to obtain one)
* Are reliable, proactive, and confident working as part of a supportive team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
