Following continued growth, this Legal 500 ranked boutique law firm are seeking to bring in an NQ-2 PQE Real Estate Associate.
They’re a real estate specialist law firm. Their sole focus is commercial real estate and real estate finance, which means everything they do is optimised to deliver a best-in-class service to their clients. This is why they’ve a growing reputation with repeat clients who value them for their quality service.
The firm was founded by former international and city law firm Real Estate Partners. They will act as your mentors and ensure you’re getting good training as part of a close-knit team.
You’ll maintain a healthy work / life balance. The firm was designed with remote working at their core and have systems and processes in place to ensure you can get the job done without unnecessary commuting.
You’ll take on a mixed commercial real estate caseload, including L&T and sales and acquisitions, though you will have a focus on real estate finance and secured lending. You’ll be acting for well-known lenders in the real estate finance market.
It’s a friendly and collegiate team with an open-door policy to training and development. You’ll be encouraged to be curious, ask questions and participate in business development.
What you’ll need
* NQ-2 PQE Solicitor. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
* Trained in private practice.
* Experience in real estate finance.
