As a Deputy Manager, you will:
* Oversee the management and supervision of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
* Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining staff rotas and ensuring adequate coverage.
* Identify and address training needs for staff.
* Support the day-to-day running of the home and ensure high-quality care for young people.
* Act as a role model and mentor for junior staff.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
* Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
* Diploma level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
* Experience with Children within Residential Setting (10-16 years old
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of care needs and care plans for young people.
* A full driving licence.
* Willingness to undertake further training as required.
