Account Manager – School Travel
Location: Brighton (hybrid) 3 days a week in office and 2 days at home
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £27,000 plus £15,000 OTE

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional educational travel experiences.

The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will:
* Own and grow a portfolio of school customers, driving both retention and new business growth
* Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to trip delivery
* Act as the main point of contact, anticipating customer needs and crafting tailored trip solutions
* Increase trip bookings through recommendations and referrals
* Build long-term partnerships through school visits, events, and regular engagement
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence
* Track performance against targets, margins, and customer insights to continuously improve results
What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiable:
* Experience in School Travel or Travel Industry
Essential:
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently high standards
* Full UK driving licence (for school visits)
Desirable:
* Experience working with schools or educational groups
* Knowledge of itinerary planning or group travel logistics
