Manage key supplier relationships, drive commercial growth, and provide technical expertise across the UK & Ireland.Work from the company’s offices in Leeds or Surrey, or at home, with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with Key Principal suppliers in UK market
* Drive profit margins and working capital against budget targets
* Provide technical support and training on product lines
* Facilitate product enquiries and business opportunities with sales teams
* Analyse sales data and generate reports for stakeholders
* Lead product campaigns and market mapping initiatives
* Support digital marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools
* Oversee purchasing function to meet stock turnover targets
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong commercial and technical background in the UK Beauty Market
* Proven supplier management and relationship building experience
* Chemistry/business degree or demonstrable chemical sector experience
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
