Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering personalised, respectful personal care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
Supporting residents with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines, promoting independence and dignity

Assisting with mobility and ensuring physical comfort, maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Promoting stability, reassurance, and consistency in daily care, ensuring residents feel valued and supported
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience in care or support work, although this is not essential
Be naturally patient, kind, and composed in all situations, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing consistent care, with a genuine passion for helping others
