Main Duties
The role involves working with and supporting renal transplant recipients within the outpatient setting throughout their transplant journey. This includes working with renal patients who are ready to go onto the transplant list and caring for them post‑transplant. In this role you will be supported to develop skills to see patients autonomously within the clinic setting.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
* Evidence of 3 years experience as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting
* Evidence of 2 years experience working in renal nursing
Desirable Criteria
* Non‑medical prescribing, Health Assessment or equivalent qualification
* Experience of working in transplantation
