Essential requirements
* A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in residents’ wellbeing
* Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
* Experience leading and inspiring a team
* Good understanding of nutrition and working with fresh seasonal food
* Knowledge of HACCP principles
