Part Time Shipping Administration
Salary: £13,000
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm
Total 20 hours per week.
As a family-run business, we are a BRC certified warehouse, and we are looking for an organised, experienced shipping administrator.
We would ideally prefer shipping experience.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Organising paperwork.
* Booking shipments.
* Liaising with customers, addressing and resolving issues.
* Responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries in a timely manner.
* Inputting shipments into the computer.
* Invoicing customers.
Required Skills
* Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Good telephone manner.
* Highly organised.
* Able to work as part of a small team and on their own.
Additional Skills
* An ability to support, grow alongside, and develop within a team dynamic.
Experience
* Preferable experience in shipping.
* Experience in using computers.
