CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for this luxury tour operator, with an office based in central London. Home-based or hybrid working arrangements are acceptable. CRM and social media management experience is essential, preferably within the travel sector, ideally for a similar company. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
CRM and Social Media Manager Duties
* Manage the company's email programme and social media activity
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy
* KPIs reporting
Skills Required
* CRM and social media management experience within travel is mandatory, preferably for a luxury travel company or a senior executive looking to step up
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
