Band Saw Machine Operative Urgently Required
Temporary To Permanent Position
Salary: Monday to Thursday £14.50 per hour; Plus Friday overtime £21.75 per hour
Responsibilities
* Operating a Horizontal Band Saw and other cutting machinery to required specifications
* Reading and interpreting measurements and work orders
* Ensuring accuracy and quality of finished products
* Loading and unloading materials using a Fork Lift Truck
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Labouring duties as and when required
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Band Saw Machine Operative in an Engineering / Production environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good awareness of health & safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Experience of Fork Lift Truck driving
