What You'll Be Doing Supervising the Team Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager to drive all aspects of our restaurant, bar, events and functions. Inspiring and developing a team of hospitality assistants. Creating a culture where people feel motivated, challenged and proud to deliver brilliant service. Running the Floor Overseeing the daily clubhouse operation - from casual dining to weddings and golf society events. Making sure every member and guest receives a warm welcome and consistently high standards. Reviewing event bookings and ensuring everything is perfectly prepped. Keeping operations spotless, safe and audit-ready. Managing opening/closing procedures (yes, including cashing up and locking up like a pro). Staying visible on the floor - building relationships with members and guests. Ensuring every plate, drink and interaction meets our high standards.
