✅ Skills / Qualifications
* Previous culinary experience essential (CPD / Sous Chef level)
* Own safety shoes and chef knives (mandatory)
* Flexible to work a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
* Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
