Company Description
We’re looking for a Floor Manager to join our restaurant team in Chets at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush. Chet’s serves Thai American comfort food in a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with 237 rooms, a bustling restaurant, a bar, and a terrace.
Job Description
What you’ll do
* Ensure the restaurant/bar area is H&S compliant for each shift
* Run the daily briefing for the restaurant/bar team
* Coordinate and run the reservations system
* Draft floor plan based on covers
* Support the Restaurant AGM with Food & Beverage stock – ordering, stock counts
* Assist the Restaurant AGM on training of wine, food and beverage menus
* Handle cash and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOPs
* Be responsible for the service on the floor and bar
* Ensure safe opening and closing of the restaurant
* Work with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability
