Overview
A well-established company based in Castle Donington is looking for an experienced customer service person for a 12-month contract to help in the service support department. This role is fast paced and varied and will include helping customers who have faults with their products.
Responsibilities
* Taking calls from customers who are having problems with their products
* Answering calls and getting details of the issues
* Create a case on CRM and log all the issues
* Arranging for technical to go out and fix the problem
* General administration
Requirements
They are looking for someone who can multitask, remain calm under pressure and have good communication skills on the phone.

Role: 12-month contract, fully office based
Location: Castle Donington
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
Holiday: 25 days
Salary: £26,000 to £27,500 per annum
