The Role As a Residential Building Surveyor, you’ll focus on RICS Level 2 & Level 3 Surveys with plenty of scope to broaden your expertise, including: Client liaison before and after inspections Desktop surveys Snagging on new-build developments Small project management opportunities This is a role built around autonomy, trust and delivering real value to clients. The Right Candidate You’ll already be an experienced Residential Building Surveyor with: AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS (essential) Experience delivering Level 1, 2 or 3 surveys Strong IT skills and confident use of digital reporting tools A full UK driving licence Most importantly, you’ll want to move away from corporate churn and join a consultancy that genuinely cares about quality and wellbeing.
