We are seeking a dynamic and enterprising communications and content expert to lead a core function within our EMEA Marketing & Communications team. As Head of Communications & Content, you will shape and deliver high-impact communications strategies and campaigns that enhance our brand reputation, support business growth, and amplify our thought leadership across commercial real estate services.
Working collaboratively with marketing, research, creative, and digital teams, as well as service line and business leaders, you will drive multi-channel content that speaks to our clients, our people, and the wider industry — reinforcing their position as a global leader in real estate services and investment management.
To lead the creation and execution of content and communications initiatives that drive engagement, support business priorities, and elevate their market profile across the EMEA region.
Communications Excellence
Design and deliver compelling, multi-channel content plans that elevate our insights, services, leadership and expertise.
Deconstruct complex business themes into clear, engaging communications for internal and external audiences.
Produce thought leadership and campaigns that reflect our tone of voice and brand values across digital, media, and social platforms.
Strategic Thinking & Content Leadership
Shape regional communications strategies in support of key business initiatives, acquisitions, and leadership changes.
Manage regional content calendars and campaign rollouts with consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.
Lead and mentor a matrix of in-country PR and content professionals to develop capability and consistency across the region.
Manage content performance using analytics tools and adapt strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Leverage martech and AI tools to enhance efficiency, engagement, and content delivery.
Project & Campaign Management
Lead content workstreams and stakeholder engagement for major campaigns and strategic business initiatives.
Strategic Vision – Able to link communications and content to broader business goals.
Content Mastery – Excellent storyteller with strong editorial judgement and an eye for quality.
Digital Fluency – Familiar with platforms, tools and channels for effective content dissemination.
Project Leadership – Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field.
Extensive experience in a managerial-level communications or content leadership role, ideally within real estate, B2B, professional or financial services.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital, media, and internal communication platforms.
Proven experience in media relations and crisis communications.
Strong familiarity with digital content tools, content management systems, SEO, analytics and social media platforms.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable adopting new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
Native-level English proficiency is essential; additional language skills are a plus
