We are delighted to be working with a family-owned motor engineering company in the Cowfold area (West Sussex) who are actively seeking to recruit an MET Mechanic / Technician (Strip and Fit).
My client is a Classic Car specialist and has a long history of repairing classic cars and providing high-quality classic and vintage car repairs and restorations.
Working with a friendly team, you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best. Attention to detail is crucial.
What this role involves:
* Stripping vehicles for repair
* Checking parts during stripping
* Completing quality control
* Alignment and fitting of lights
* Ensuring correct repair methods are used
* Fitting vehicles after repair
The skills you will need:
* Ability to work well in a team
* High level of attention to detail
* Previous experience as a MET Technician is beneficial
* Ability to work to deadlines and produce quality workmanship
