Offer description

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hillingdon’s Quality Assurance Team and The Hillingdon Care Company (THCC), contributing to high‑quality service delivery across adult social care.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to both the Quality Assurance Team and THCC. This pivotal role will oversee the collation, analysis, and presentation of intelligence relating to Provider Concerns Meetings (PCMs), and support the preparation of reports and documentation for ratification by the Care Governance Board (CGB).

You will play a key part in monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service data across a range of provision types. The post holder will also support the smooth running of THCC governance processes—organising Director Board meetings, preparing agendas and meeting papers, tracking actions, and assisting with wider operational activities.

Working collaboratively with Quality Assurance Officers (QAOs), commissioned providers, and internal stakeholders across the Council, you will act as a central point of contact for external Local Authorities and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The role also includes coordinating provider forums and meetings, producing accurate and timely minutes, and ensuring the effective circulation of actions and documentation in line with governance standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to supporting high-quality care services. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
