Management Accountant Wrotham (1 day WFH) Competitive Salary DOE
We are working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in month-end reporting, management accounts, and business partnering, while contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with month-end accounting processes, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare variance analysis and departmental reporting to support decision-making
* Develop and maintain forecasts, including ownership of a sales forecast model
* Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight into spend patterns and trends
* Support year-end close activities
* Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
* Produce ad hoc analysis and financial models to support strategic and operational projects
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
About You
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified (qualified or QBE candidates also considered)
* Experience producing management accounts within a commercial environment
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
* Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a strong team ethos
* Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly desirable
