We're looking for an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis to support campaign and brand delivery during a key seasonal period.
This is a pivotal position at the centre of our Creative function.
You'll ensure campaigns, branding and packaging move seamlessly from brief through to execution on time, on brand and on budget. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Product and external suppliers, you'll bring structure, clarity and commercial awareness to a fast-moving retail environment.
You'll understand how creative teams operate at scale, how to balance workflow and capacity, and how to translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans.
This is a full-time role, temporary role, expected to last approximately 8 months to cover family leave.
As part of our hybrid working approach, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall Head Office locations (minimum 40% of working week) and remotely within the UK. We would also consider fully remote applications for this role with occasional travel to our Cornwall Head Office, but you must be based within the UK.
You'll help us by:
Campaign & Studio Operations
Mapping and managing the Creative seasonal calendar, anticipating workload and critical path risks.
Receiving and validating creative and branding briefs, ensuring clarity, feasibility and strong timelines.
Managing studio traffic, prioritisation and workflow processes.
Supporting sign-off meetings, ensuring feedback is clearly communicated and actioned.
Process & Collaboration
Creating and refining process maps across departments feeding into Creative.
Building strong cross-functional relationships and facilitating workshops where required.
Managing freelance designers and artworkers, including onboarding and briefing.
Leading and supporting one direct report.
Branding & Packaging Governance
Overseeing woven labels, swing tickets, barcodes and brand packaging across goods for resale.
Managing supplier workflows and performance across print and branding production.
Completing seasonal forecasting and managing stock levels to minimise write-offs.
Identifying opportunities to improve margin where packaging impacts product performance.
Budget & Supplier Management
Planning and managing the Creative and Branding budgets.
Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships.
The skills you'll be sharing with the team:
Proven experience managing creative operations within retail, fashion or product-led environments.
Strong project management capability across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Confidence using planning tools such as, Trello or Asana.
A calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced environments.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Band 3)
