We are looking for a Full-Time Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking school team in Hertfordshire from September 2025. This permanent role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. The Role: As an LKS2 Teacher, you will deliver an exciting and creative curriculum to Years 3 and 4, ensuring all pupils receive tailored support to reach their potential. You will be responsible for planning stimulating lessons, assessing progress effectively, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for LKS2. * Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support. * Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that motivates and engages all students. * Support pupils’ social and emotional development within a caring classroom community. * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives. * Maintain regular communication with parents and carers to support pupil progress and well-being.
