HGV Class 1 Driver – Raunds, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver based in Raunds, Northamptonshire, for a brand-new contract starting in January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities to grow and progress.

Shifts
  • AM's – Monday to Friday – 04:00–07:00 Starts
  • PM's – Monday to Friday – 14:00–21:00 Starts

Rates of Pay

AM's
  • £16.75 per hour (Basic)
  • £22.28 per hour (Overtime after 9 hours)

PM's
  • £17.75 per hour (Basic)
  • £23.61 per hour (Overtime after 9 hours)

Day-to-Day Duties
  • Depot-to-depot trunking routes or trailer swaps
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured safely
