We are seeking an Accredited Diagnostic Technician to assist in providing a high quality and efficient vehicle service offering for our customers. This role will offer you the opportunity to put your technical expertise to use and solve complex technical issues, whilst gaining new skills and exposure to new vehicle models and methods of working. As a Diagnostic Technician you will also provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members.
Your key responsibilities as a Diagnostic Technician will be:
1. Complete scheduled vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
2. Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues
3. Conduct electronic visual health checks (eHVC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers
4. Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service
