Purpose of the Role
To support young people leaving care as they move into independent living, acting as a Personal Advisor and ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support.

* Full-time position
* Location: Trafford
* Pay: £19.11 per hour
* Driving licence: Essential
Day-to-Day Tasks
* Provide Personal Advisor support in line with the Children Leaving Care Act 2000
* Complete regular visits, welfare checks, and maintain accurate case records
* Support with housing applications, budgeting, benefits, education, employment, and practical life skills
* Develop and review Pathway Plans with each young person
* Offer emotional support, guidance, and advocacy
* Work closely with housing, health, education, and community partners to deliver coordinated support
Requirements
* Experience supporting young people
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a caseload
* Full UK driving licence
