PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To assist the Directors & Managers and provide accurate data analysis, reports, presentations to support in the smooth running of the business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties are many and varied, but the list below is considered to be the basic requirement:
* Generating and analysing data to support the company Directors.
* Reporting accurate sales, profitability, stock, cost reports.
* Developing and analysing key account price files.
* Build quality PowerPoint presentations for commercial or operational purposes.
* Ensuring notice boards are kept up to date, including first aid certificates and fire marshals.
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
* Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events.
* Performing data entry, including updating sales and purchasing records and databases.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
* Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events.
* Sales team support for administration to the NetSuite system
* Administrative tasks i.e., filing, answering phones, answering emails.
* Booking and arranging meetings for company Directors.
* Support in Key Account correspondence, complaint.
* Reporting, daily, weekly, and/or monthly on Finance, H&S, Commercial, Production, OTIF, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB:
* GCSE or equivalent.
* Competent with Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Excel, good time-management, and organisational skills, outstanding verbal, and written communication, the ability to handle confidential information and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in a related role such as Administration, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or other relevant positions.
* NetSuite (Oracle) system.
