As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef and sous chef Manage your designated station, overseeing the production of all assigned dishes Maintain high-quality standards for all dishes, ensuring excellent presentation and taste Collaborate effectively with all kitchen team members, providing support where necessary Contribute to menu development by suggesting improvements and innovations Uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated area and equipment Assist in stock rotation and inventory management within your section Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required Adapt to a flexible working pattern to support kitchen operations
