Senior Client Services / Business Development – Technology & Transformation Solutions

We’re continuing to invest heavily in our Technology & Transformation practice and are looking for a commercially driven Client Services / Business Development professional to help accelerate that growth.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategic relationships, opening new doors, winning solution-led engagements, and growing a high-value contract and project portfolio.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional recruitment account management role.
We’re looking for someone with a sales-first mindset who can identify opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and sell workforce solutions across Technology and Business Transformation.
You’ll work with enterprise and mid-market customers across sectors including Financial Services, Industry & Commerce, and wider transformation-led markets. We would also consider individuals with experience selling technology and transformation solutions into sectors such as Life Sciences, Legal, or Professional Services.
The successful person will be comfortable operating across:
* Statement of Work (SOW)
* Mini-MSP / embedded recruitment solutions
* Project RPO
* Contract recruitment
* Permanent hiring solutions
You’ll play a key role in helping clients solve hiring and delivery challenges across areas such as:
* Software Engineering
* Cloud & Infrastructure
* Data & AI
* Cyber Security
* ERP & Business Systems
* Transformation & Change
* PMO / Programme Delivery
* Architecture & Digital Transformation
What You’ll Be Doing
* Winning new business through strategic outbound activity and market engagement
* Building and growing a contract and solutions-based revenue stream
* Selling and delivering SOW, project recruitment, mini-MSP and contingent solutions
* Developing relationships with senior stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Procurement, HR and Transformation Leaders
* Leading solution conversations around workforce planning and project delivery
* Managing full recruitment lifecycle delivery across contract and permanent hiring
* Creating tailored recruitment and talent solutions for clients
* Working closely with internal delivery teams and leadership to scale strategic accounts
* Using market insight and data to identify growth opportunities and improve client outcomes
* Building long-term partnerships rather than transactional relationships
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience within a BD-focused recruitment or talent solutions environment
* Proven success winning new business within Technology and/or Business Transformation markets
* Strong experience within contract recruitment and solutions-based selling
* Experience selling SOW, MSP, RPO, project solutions or embedded hiring models is highly desirable
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
* Ability to operate consultatively with senior decision-makers
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Someone motivated by building something, not just maintaining accounts
