Job Opportunity: Experienced Direct Access Dental Therapist – Aesthetics Focus - Brierfield (Blackburn Area)
Join a leading dental network with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices in the North West and Northern Ireland. We’re seeking an experienced and aesthetics-focused Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our high-performing practice in Brierfield, Blackburn.
The Role
As a GDC-registered Dental Therapist, you’ll provide a blend of NHS and private care, with a strong focus on aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for smile design, minimally invasive treatments, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver routine care and hygiene services to NHS and private patients.
2. Provide aesthetic treatments including:
Composite bonding
Tooth whitening
Airflow cleaning
Minimally invasive smile makeovers
3. Clearly communicate treatment plans and cosmetic options to patients.
4. Refer patients to in-house specialists (implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry) when needed.
5. Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About You
10. GDC registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, including aesthetic dentistry.
11. Proficient in treatments such as composite bonding, tooth whitening, airflow cleaning, and cosmetic fillings.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
14. Motivated, proactive, and open to flexible working hours.
