Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
Managing compliance and meeting regulatory requirements
Interpreting financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make informed commercial decisions
Being part of a team passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile
