Product Support Engineer - French Speaker (f / m / d)
As a key player in our customer support team, you’ll be the go‑to guru for technical assistance in Europe. From helping customers select the perfect product for their needs to managing accounts and even getting involved in exciting projects like writing articles or designing demos, this role is anything but ordinary.
Essential Functions

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Optics, Photonics, Physics or Electrical Engineering
* Fluent in French and English
* Proficient with MS Office
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
