As a Management Consultant in the Banking team, you will:
* Deliver business and tech-enabled transformation programmes within commercial and corporate banking.
* Lead projects or workstreams, ensuring robust governance, delivery, and risk management.
* Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, advising on operating models, regulatory change, and implementation.
* Guide and develop junior team members while contributing to banking offerings and thought leadership.
Key Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years’ consulting experience, ideally from Tier 1 consulting firms
* Strong academic background with polished communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
* Proven experience in commercial or retail banking consulting, including: Core banking processes and systems / Mortgages, payments, cards / Regulatory change projects
* Experience of programme or project management within complex environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with structured thinking and ability to propose workable solutions quickly.
* Understanding of emerging technology trends (Cloud, AI, APIs, microservices, blockchain) and their impact on banking operating models.
* Comfort working at the intersection of business and technology, with an appreciation of how digital can solve complex client problems.
* Experience leading or coordinating teams to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.
