The Role
This is not your typical office job. As aSports Marketing, Sales & Management Trainee, youll be hands-on inpromoting brands, engaging with customers, driving sales, and developing leadership skills. Responsibilities
* Represent brands through face-to-face sales, promotions, and customer engagement.
* Use acompetitive and goal-driven approachto exceed sales targets.
* Assist in planning and executingsports-inspired marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with a team to develop leadership and management skills.
* Learn and apply business strategies, including recruitment, training, and team development.
* Analyse market trends and provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

* Candidates with asports, fitness, or competitive background(e.g. athletes, team sports, coaching, personal training, martial arts, dance, or any high-level competition experience).
* Astrong work ethic, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Natural leadership abilities and ateam-player mentality.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* A willingness to learn and develop business and management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
