Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager
Due to continued expansion of our client, we require a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our close-knit dynamic team
Main duties and responsibilities include:
Social Media & Webshop
*
Creation of creative and media assets/content.
*
Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
*
Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximise engagement and reach.
*
Maintain website visuals.
*
Engage with customers outreaching with web/social enquiries.
*
Optimise new and existing content to drive organic traffic.
*
Creation of e-shots and newsletters.
Campaign Ideas & Creative Support
*
Develop creative concepts, copy hooks, and ad angles for paid campaigns.
*
Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels.
*
Design engaging and visually appealing images.
*
Provide creative input and support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns.
Person Specification:
*
2+ years’ experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role.
*
Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
*
Basic design/editing ability in Canva or Figma for quick visuals.
*
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across social platforms.
*
Creative thinker with a track record of delivering campaign ideas that cut through.
*
Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
*
Experience in Microsoft Office 365.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
*
Excellent writing skills for both short-form (social captions, ads) and long-form (blogs).
*
Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation.
*
A positive approach and enthusiasm for creative and digital work.
*
