Duties Include:
* General Practice Nurse responsibilities
* Chronic disease management
* Immunisations and vaccinations
* Wound care and dressings
* Health promotion and screening
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (NMC)
* Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse
* Proficient with EMIS Web
