Our client a high-growth, PE-backed European logistics group require a Treasury Manager & Corporate Finance Manager to join their team, where you’ll take a leading role in shaping financial strategy and treasury operations across multiple countries. This is a critical position working directly with the Group CFO and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives, including M&A and investment activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee group-wide cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring optimal funding for operations and growth.
* Design and implement robust financial risk management strategies (FX, interest rate, credit), including appropriate hedging.
* Lead the development of treasury policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
* Support M&A activity, investment analysis, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
* Deliver insightful financial reporting to the Board, investors, and lenders—including covenant tracking and forecasting.
* Collaborate with finance teams across the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Ireland.
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience.
* Deep treasury expertise, ideally in a leveraged or PE-backed environment.
* Skilled in working with senior stakeholders and operating at board level.
* Sector experience in logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or food is a plus.
* Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
* Strong communicator with leadership presence and the ability to influence across all levels.
