Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Employee Experience Representative to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, both on-site at our Cramlington manufacturing facility and virtually across Northern & Central Europe. As a key member of our Global Workforce Operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our workforce and fostering a supportive work environment.
You will:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses through various channels, including our cloud-based case management system
* Assess and analyse employee requests and concerns, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations in collaboration with HR team members
* Validate and process changes in personal data, job information, reporting lines, and compensation in the HRM system
* Prepare employment letters, contracts for new hires, and other employee documentation with meticulous attention to detail
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and support hiring managers through our onboarding system
* Execute HR systems data transactions efficiently and accurately
* Respond to questions on HR procedures, practices, and policies, guiding managers and employees as needed
* Educate employees on available services and encourage the use of self-service tools and systems
* Maintain high-quality standards for all Global Workforce Operations activities, adhering to established service-level agreements
* Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and knowledge management, contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR services
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across all touchpoints
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in an international (matrix) organisation
* Practical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, and UK employment law
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal HR systems and tools
* Experience with HR systems transaction management and data entry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
* Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy
* Demonstrated skills in process documentation and continuous improvement
* Flexibility and adaptability to cover various tasks and adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
* Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making
* Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional employee experiences and a passion for service excellence
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £ Competitive (Experience dependent)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Hybrid)
