About The Role
As a Nursing Services Manager you will be responsible for the leadership and management your field-based nursing team ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality, safe clinical care.You will be required to work in close partnership with hospitals, discharge teams and bed managers to encourage referrals into LPCH to support the growth and development of our business.
In addition, you will be required to undertake clinical duties as an when appropriate. You will strive to ensure care and services are delivered efficiently and effectively across the region. If you are a registered nurse with a passion for leadership, then this role is for you.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will have current/previous people management experience and be keen to support, mentor and coach a field-based team. You will be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary, basic IT skills are required. In addition, you’ll be required to travel on occasion, so a full UK driving license is essential.
