We are Recruiting a Participant Research Co-ordinator Work base: Office base in Liverpool with a requirement to work across Salford, Manchester and the Liverpool City Region. Includes some home working and travel to other sites as required. Job purpose: As part of our initiatives to use evidence for positive change, you will lead a programme of engagement and research with participants in our programmes and services across the charity. The engagement and research with participants will deliver insights and actions that will shape the design and delivery of those programmes and services and will give a voice and a platform to the young people and adults that we support through our work, to advocate for changes that will make a positive impact on their lives. You will have research skills and experience, particularly in qualitative research, and you will be passionate about putting research into action through working closely with our managers and delivery teams to ensure that learning from our participants is embedded in all that we do. You will lead on our youth ambassador programme, delivering a programme of creative, imaginative, and inclusive engagement between them, the charity, and our partners. You will play a key role in systematising our engagement with participants in our criminal justice programmes, raising their voice, profile, and influence across the charity and with our partners. You will be representing the charity with our partners and stakeholders, helping them to understand the insights gathered and their implications. Our pay scale for this role is between £26,262 - £30,018 depending on your skills and experience, you will be reimbursed for any additional travel, beyond your main base of work. Our holidays start at 25 days Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service.
